From the moment you step into Mora’s beachfront condo, you are met with beachy vibes. Immediately in front of you is her well appointed gorgeous 11th floor balcony overlooking two different parts of the Gulf. It is simply breathtaking!
Having your morning coffee, or evening wine in supplied comfy rocking chairs on the porch is simply the ultimate of Beach living as the mild winds blow in from the water.
The bathroom screams Beach vibes with the shower curtain and sunset picture. Water pressure is good and the tub floor in nonslip.
No need to close the patio door in the evenings as you are up high enough that not a soul can access nor see you! The kitchen is nicely appointed with a large size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Bring your own coffee for the coffee maker. No dishwasher, but restaurants abound in this area so other than breakfast I didn’t cook a lot. Residence and guest in the three buildings of Estero are super friendly and helpful.
Cable TV and Internet are included, which was a nice perk. Bedtime was divine on the super comfy bed and ultra luxurious sheets— I felt I was in a five star hotel!!
The unit is also supplied with a couple of beach umbrellas and two backpack beach chairs, which were very handy. The walk to the beach is short, easy and level. Set up the umbrella, bring your lunch and drinks and you are set for a day of sand, sun, and shelling.
The property is fenced, secured well lit and has two Pickleball courts and two tennis courts. We played with other guests and had a great time. A coffee shop is within an easy walking distance across Estero Boulevard along with a renowned Italian eatery and some gift shops. Wednesdays even offer a farmers market in the plaza there.
Mora’s condo is super clean and highly recommended by this traveler!
11th story views surrounded by water, beach and much light and complemented by a wonderful ocean breeze. Ft Myers beach is 3 miles to the north and Bonita Springs about the same to the south.

It’s coming back from the hurricane. Had a very nice beach. Always an elevator to use. Apartment was much more than I expected, layout was great. I would come back here again.
