Great south island BEACHFRONT location with on site amenities for this well maintained efficiency condominium at Estero Beach & Tennis Club. Back bay and tennis court views from this seventh floor unit offering an open balcony, fully equipped kitchen, full sized bathroom with tub and shower, updated appliances and a custom built divider wall with built in TV in the bedroom area. New flat screen HDTV in the living room with a separate TV in the bedroom. Completely tiled throughout, no carpet. King sized bed plus sleeper sofa in the living room.
ONE DOG ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL AND $250 ADDITIONAL PET FEE. (This fee may be added after booking if not included in the quote.) There is a STRICT no smoking policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

Great location right on the gulf. Loved being just across the street from the shopping plaza with it’s restaurants and shops. The pool was great! The unit was very clean and comfortable except for the bed which was very firm.

It is small, but nice. The tub didn't drain well, and we could have used a cooler. We enjoyed our week at the Tennis Club overall. Fort Myers Beach is our favorite Spring trip!

Not enough outlets. Not enough linens, thankfully I took some of my own. Also, tv in bedroom had poor reception, could not get quite a few channels.

The location is fantastic. This unit is not as good as others. The bed was very hard. It already had 2 one inch mattress toppers to help, and it was still too hard. The A/C works but is noisy. It only cooled the unit when set to 70. Instructions say not to set below 74. Beautiful TV but very few stations and not set up on internet, altho it is cabaple. Could not use our logins to watch more. Management company was excellent and just across the street.
