Santa Maria is a beautiful resort that is pristinely maintained and conveniently located near everything! The Gulf of Mexico, with seven miles of beautiful, white sandy beach is directly, across the street. Santa Maria is on Estero Blvd. and just minutes away from grocery, pharmacy and convenience stores, shops, restaurants, marinas, churches, movie theater, library, coffee shops, tikki bars and live entertainment. Take a Trolley ride to the north end of the island to Times Square, where there are quaint souvenir and t shirt shops, more restaurants and a pier for perfect photo opportunities. Venture south on the trolley to Lover's Key State Park where you can enjoy nature, walking trails and secluded beaches.
Bike rentals are available, just down the street from Santa Maria. Walk next door to Fish Tail Marina and rent a boat or kayaks to explore the intercostal waterway, firsthand. Charter a fishing trip for deep sea or inter-coastal adventure. The list of things to do is endless.
Upon arrival at Santa Maria, you will take the elevator up to the third floor and walk through an open atrium with tropical plants and palm trees. Unit 310 is a spacious yet cozy condo. It is clean, freshly painted and tiled throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer. The dinning room joins with the living room with access to a half bath. This condo has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, walk in closet and private bathroom. A pull out couch in the living room can accommodate a third and fourth guest. There is a screened in lanai that can be accessed from the master bedroom or the living room. It boasts a beautiful view of the marina waterway and swimming pool. Watch for manatees and dolphins over morning coffee.
This condo is equipped with amenities for comfort and fun. Beach towels and chairs are available to take to the beach. Cabana rentals are also available, right on the beach, if that's your preference. There are flat screen televisions in the bedroom and living room. The pool was gorgeous! We saw manatee and a dolphin in the canal. It was a fairly short walk to the beach. No noise in the walkways. We didn’t cook while we were there but it was a very nice rental and we would stay again!

Overall the apartment was clean. Although we did not use them, they provided beach chairs and other beach equipment. The beaches are beautiful and you can walk to the beach in about 5 to 10 minutes.The issues we had were:1. The apartment smelled like smoke and if you are sensitive like me it can be bothersome. It was also bothersome to my family when they stopped by. The were staying 3 doors away in another unit which did not have any issues.2. The cooking pans were dirty and in bad shape. We had to clean the stainless steel one with comet before using.If these items were cleared up we would stay there again, it they are not cleared up we would not stay again.
