While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that the beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!
Welcome to a lovely Beachfront Getaway Vacation Condo! Nicely decorated studio condo located right on the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico in front of the Preserve. You can walk for miles on the beach to collect shells, bird watch, dolphin watch, fish, enjoy water sports or just relax and watch our world famous sunsets. Estero Beach & Tennis Club Condos are located at the quiet south end of the island.
You will enjoy super Gulf and Bay views from this 11th floor unit with tile and carpet, smooth top range, corian counters, TV, DVD, King Sized Bed in the bedroom area and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Built in sliding wall across the bedroom for privacy, if necessary. Fully furnished and fully equipped Kitchen and Full Bathroom.
For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
The Estero Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex which sits on 11 acres of lush tropical vegetation offers brand NEW 4 Har-Tru Tennis and Pickleball Courts, a fountain lake, resort-sized heated pool, 7 miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf right outside your back door, great fishing, all at the southern upscale and quiet end of Fort Myers Beach AND all for the best deal on the island.
The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

For unpretentious people this property is OK, nothing fancy and very basic apartment. But for us, its location makes up all the difference from other similar places. We like Little Estero Island very much and definitely will come back again. Casual problems were resolved with management and owners quickly and efficiently. People in rental office were nice and helpful and easy to deal with. Thanks to all of them for their help.

The kitchen was fine. No dishwasher. The bathroom was not remodeled and the bathtub was very old and unpleasant. The bed was comfortable.
