Comfy seating and sofa sleeper in Living Room. Large screened TV can be viewed from Living Room or Bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with table for four.
For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, offesr you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Check in was pretty easy. The code for the door changing in the middle of the stay was inconvenient, especially since I wasn't given the right code. A few additional kitchen supplies would be nice, like a baking sheet or pizza pan, but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked! Biggest negative was that the property was listed with a tub, and there was only a shower. When said something to the lister about that and the ac, they never addressed the incorrect listing! Had I known, I would have chosen a different property as I had a kid with me. You have to have special keys for the pool which was not communicated with me. It's a great idea, but needs to be communicated with the renter. Overall I would stay in this area again, just in a different condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. The unit is well maintained, kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfy. Had a minor inconvenience with the toilet and maintenance was on site within 10 minutes. The grounds are looking good after the hurricanes too, beach restoration is ongoing but not a deterrent to enjoying the gulf. Anything you might need for a relaxing getaway is provided, just buy groceries and you’re all set. 10/10

Small condo but nice.
Down fall is the old squeaky bed. Bed is hard and pillows flat so didn’t get much sleep. The bed needs replacing. Also you have to keep blinds closed at this tome for turtles but some of the vertical blinds are missing. The view and beach were amazing.
