While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that the beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!
Enjoy watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico and the sunrise over Estero Bay every day from the balcony of this lovely Gulf Front recently upgraded 1BR/1BTH condo. Includes all new flooring, paint and furnishings, Flat screen TV & DVD player, cable, WiFi in unit as well as around pool and in lobbies. Deluxe Lazyboy Queen sleeper sofa and King Bed with accordion style divider so unit can become 2 bedrooms. As a bonus there is a second TV in bedroom area for streaming devices ONLY, there is NO Cable to the 2nd TV. You are just steps away from the white sand beach and unit is fully stocked including all linens, pots, pans and dishes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, small cooler and noodles for floating. Just bring your swim suit and toothbrush.
You never have to worry about boredom! There is parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, sightseeing tours, day trips to the Keys and Sanibel Island. Tennis and pickleball are available right on the grounds along with shuffleboard and grills to have a picnic outside. Bikes and mopeds can be rented right on the island or take a trolley ride to the north end of the island . Plus the 7 mile long beach is right outside your door!
PLEASE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Please note: there is a cooktop in the condo, but no oven.
For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. The location was great! The unit was located on the 8th floor and was quiet with beautiful views! The unit itself needs some TLC such as updating the toilet (has a lot of cracks and rust), bath mat needs replacement (ASAP), and there are some missing blinds in the living room. Otherwise it is nicely decorated.
