Location is great. Very neat. Has air conditioning. Host is friendly and helpful. Was easy to find and close to water bus. 1 minute from Rialto bridge and restaurants.
There is nothing that I didn’t like, but the venue is not fancy, so only reason I’m not giving it 10. Also if you have a problem climbing stairs, this is not the place for you. Personally I loved the exercise. 😁

Lots of Italian personality. Had everything you need and more in the kitchen.
Not a problem for us but a few stair.

Great location next to the Rialto and numerous restaurants
The 70 steps up and down to/from apartment. The apartment being built into the roof as there was very little headroom and made it uncomfortable moving around for a 6 foot person. Only mentions stairs on the booking.com website, but not how many, nor does it mention how little headroom there was in far end of bedroom and bathroom.
