Casa Tella

Sehr gemütliche, helle und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es uns während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts an nichts fehlte. Die Klimaanlage war top, das Bett super bequem und die Dusche 1A mit einem Wasserdruck, den man im 4. Stock nie vermuten würde. Auch die Lage war exzellent, nur 3 Minuten entfernt von der Rialto-Brücke und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Vermieter Francesco, der sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen war. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Just make sure you can walk stairs. Quite a few going into apartment. Was fine for us

Stop scrolling, this is the perfect place, book it straightaway. To wake up less than 50 yards to the grand canal with the stunning Rialto bridge is incredible. I will never forget this feeling. The apartment is perfect, comfortable bed, excellent space for 2. The bathroom and shower works great. Good kitchen facilities too if you need it but there are so many fantastic restaurants and places to eat that you will want to be out and about. Venice was amazing for us and our 4 night stay at Casa Tella was perfect. Our host, Francesco, could not have been kinder or more efficient. He provides all the answers immediately and offers great suggestions to enjoy Venice better too.

No criticisms at all, we are a couple in our 60's that will book here again for certain.

La proximité du pont Rialto, très bien situé

Cote de 9.2 surévaluée, à mon avis 7.2 y irait mieux. Les poutres dangereuses, les serviettes ont fait leurs temps et la toile dans la chambre qu’on ne doit pas toucher selon le proprio et qui ne ferme pas complètement
