The manager Giovanna is super friendly and responsive to any questions. The location is excellent, just 3 minutes' walk from San Silvestro vaporetto stop on Line 1 on the Grand Canal. The apartment overlooks a square with 2 restaurants and other shops, a short walk away from the Rialto Bridge, market stalls, shops, small COOP supermarket and restaurants. Renovated two years ago, the apartment is air-conditioned, with a modern bathroom and a kitchen complete with fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave and best of all, a washing machine! However, we didn't cook, we went out to dinner each night at one of the many local restaurants. Shutters and triple glazed windows completely soundproof the apartment at night.

Apart from the 34 steps (I always ran out of puff by 30 steps) which would be similar to most other holiday rentals in Venice, the only things I would suggest are two more pillows! One each is not enough. We highly recommend this apartment and if we ever returned to Venice we would only ever stay there.

Mycket funktionell lägenhet, i toppskick. Utmärkt badrum. Modernt kök. Treglasfönster stänger ute allt ljud.

Det enda som saknas är en balkong eller terrass, men man kan ju inte få allt. Dock skulle det väl gå att få till lite bättre belysning i rummet med soffa och fåtölj. Det är kanske fler än jag som läser böcker och helst inte gör det i taklampans starka sken. En golvlampa, tack!

Close to the Grand Canal and easy access to vaporetto and Rialito Bridge but set back enough to be quiet. Building is in a lovely courtyard which allows you to be in the hustle bustle but once you shut the door, it’s all tranquil. Well presented apartment , clean and all great working condition. Bed and living space was comfy and had what we needed

Accueil au top! Giovanna réserve un accueil chaleureux et n’est pas avare d’info pour permettre de passer un excellent séjour. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Venise et l’appartement est génial.
