About this house rental
This very private home has a Southwest facing 12' x 30' pool and spa overlooking the lake with so much space there are 6 chaise loungers to enjoy. The home features a very comfortable surround sofa and large flat screen TV for enjoying your favorite team or television show, a formal dining room area to inside or keep in casual and dine poolside.
There is a King size bed in the Master suite, private bath, duel sinks, a soaking tub and large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a lovely queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom with a Tub/shower combination, sits between these two bedrooms.
The garage at this property is not usable by guest.
This home is located within 5 miles of more then one Naples Beach, the Coastland Center Mall, many fine Restaurants, The Naples Zoo and Botanical Gardens and much more. Choose this centrally located home for your next holiday so you can be in the center of everything Naples has to offer.

No real complaints with this property.
We had a small issue with the Hot Tub & the property manager got them resolved ASAP (Which is always a good sign)
Small points of note: The Leather sofa shown in the listing photos, isn't in the property,and the frame of the pool screen is overdue a clean, it's grubby (But not damaged in any way).

We loved our vacation at 901 Marble Drive. The house was real nice. The location is ok. Supermarkets are pretty close. The beach was a 15 minutes drive away. Above all we are very grateful to CNE. We booked the place in June 2019 (!!!) for June 2020 and then Covid came. CNE helped us to move the reservation from year to year until we finally could travel in 2023. This is especially appreciated as we saw in real time how my cousin had a lot of bad luck with another rental company in Naples (German host) and lost 5000 EUR in the same situation. So thank you very much again CNE Team. We're already looking at houses for next year (901 Marble Drive is already rented)

PLACE WAS REALLY NICE, BUT OVER PRICED. TV'S WERE TOUGH TO GET TO USE(OLDER NOT ALL SMART) I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN RENTING NEXT FOR 10,000 A MONTH JAN AND FEB. ALSO SHOULD ADD AN AIRFYER AND A UMBRELLA TO USE AROUND POOL.
