Perfect for both children and adults, the space features plenty of comfortable amenities and is fully enclosed for your peace of mind. A covered area provides shelter in case of rain, while patio lights add a charming touch for evening relaxation. The automated saltwater pool system ensures easy enjoyment throughout your stay.

We want you to enjoy your stay, so please review the following guidelines to ensure everything goes smoothly:
No Parties or Extra Guests: Our home is perfect for relaxation, and we ask that you respect the quiet atmosphere. Parties or additional guests not included in the original reservation are not allowed. Strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
Quiet Neighborhood: Please respect our neighbors’ privacy and keep noise to a minimum. If you’re planning on hosting a loud gathering, this might not be the right place for you.
Pool Heating & Spa Control
Want to fully enjoy the pool and spa? For an additional $40/day, you’ll have full control of the pool temperature, spa bubbles, and lights via an iPad. Please let us know before your arrival, as the pool can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Without heat, the pool will be 67-72°F, and with heat, it will reach the mid 80s°F.
Water & Filtration System
Our home is on well water, which is common in Florida. We’ve installed a brand-new (Jan 2025) reverse osmosis filtration system, providing high-quality drinking water from the kitchen spout. All other water in the house is filtered, but it doesn’t have reverse osmosis. Please note, the automatic ice maker is turned off.
Septic System
The house is on a septic system, so we kindly ask that you do not flush baby wipes, paper towels, or heavy materials down the toilets. Also, please avoid overloading the kitchen sink, as there’s no garbage disposal.
Heating
The house heater is currently not working. For cooler weather, we’ve provided 2 space heaters. If you prefer the home to be 80°F or warmer, please note this may be an issue.
Trash & Driveway
Guests may need to take the trash bins out to the street and return them depending on the length of your stay. Note: the driveway is long, so please be prepared to walk the bins.
Florida Bugs & Wildlife
Bugs and pests are common in Florida, and while our home is thoroughly cleaned and receives regular pest treatment, you may still spot the occasional insect. The house is located in a wooded area, so small animals like rabbits and birds are also common sights.
