Rare Find! Mediterranean Inspired Villa with Heated Pool and Private Mini Golf

What a beautiful home and private pool with lots of forethought of what we needed! They even offered to buy a coffee grinder so I could grind fresh coffee in the morning. Beach chairs and umbrella were available for a day trip to the beach. The back yard had corn hole and miniature golf and a warm pool and beautiful patio! Kamen and Ingita were great to work with! Top Tier!

We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. House was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool is amazing and there is plenty of space, even for a larger group. The hosts were friendly and we had no issues that needed addressed during our stay. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. Having a garage fridge and a large grill was also a nice perk! We enjoyed our time for sure!

One of the best Vrbo's I have stayed in in recent memory.Communication with Kamen and Ingita was very easy and responses were clear and prompt.Check-in was flexible and straightforward. The property itself is wonderful. Brilliantly decorated throughout with lots of very helpful touches (easy to use smart TVs in every room, labels on light switches) and plenty of additional amenities (pack and plays, highchairs, beach wagons) that made our stay easy. The pool area is incredible. Has to be one of the largest pools I've seen in a property like this. The seating area is fantastic for early morning coffee or late night drinks. While a little out of the way from downtown Naples, it was no problem getting in and out of the city in around 15-20 minutes. The location also meant easy access to Marco Island as well. Plus the added benefit of the road being a dead end and the peace and quiet that comes with it.Couldn't recommend this place more, Kamen and Ingita have a wonderful property.

The house is beautiful inside and out.The host was great to check on us and all messages had quick replies.
