About this house rental
Villa Caldogno is located in the upscale Sereno section of the gated community of Briarwood, just a few miles from downtown Naples and the white-sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a heated swimming pool and spa, cable television in the great room and each of the 4 spacious bedrooms as well.
There are two master suites - one with a king bed and one with a queen - each with an en-suite bath and each with private access to the pool area. In the first master suite bath, there's even a European bidet.
Of the other two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is a summer kitchen with a wrought-iron dinner table with seating for 6.
Deck-side lounges and chairs and a breakfast table round out your outdoor conveniences around the pool. Inside, an HE washer and dryer keep your clothes clean and in the best condition. In the fully stocked kitchen you'll find a toaster, a toaster oven, a waffle maker, coffee pot, crock pot and a full complement of pots, pans, flatware, dishes and glasses, including plastic ones for safe poolside use.
Outside, there is a spacious yard. As a bonus, there's a lemon tree and an avocado tree that has beautiful fruit throughout much of the year -- you're welcome to help yourself.

A SUPERB HOUSE, WELL MAINTAINED. VERY WELL EQUIPPED BOTH IN THE HOUSE AND FOR THE BEACH. THE PATIO AND POOL AREA ARE THE BEST WE HAVE EXPERIENCED.
THE OWNER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE OUR STAY WAS PERFECT.

I can’t express how amazing our stay at this home was. Very spacious for our family of 5 during our month long stay. The way house is split up for privacy was perfect for 5 adults. The neighborhood is beautifully kept, pristine actually. The host/owner was beyond amazing to work with, always available for a question and very quick to respond (and also gave great suggestions for restaurants and activities). The pool and hot tub area is so inviting and relaxing, we spend hours enjoying it. The kitchen was generously stocked with cooking gadgets and accessories. The lemon tree in the yard was icing on the cake. Fresh lemons daily and they were delicious and juicy. We cannot wait to plan our next trip (and we hope to be able to return to this beautiful home). This stay has convinced us that our retirement plan will include a home in Naples.

This property was an amazing find! The pool area is spectacular and there are always areas of shade and sun during the day for whatever you prefer. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The layout of the house is fantastic especially if you have two groups of adults. The true master suite is very private but there is another master suite (albeit smaller) on the opposite side of the house. Great kitchen with pretty much everything you would need - lots of glassware, plates, and multiple ways to make coffee. The location is really accessible to so many things. We would vacation here again in a heartbeat!
