Step outside to the spacious screened lanai, featuring a heated pool, ample room for lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining area; the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the Florida lifestyle.

The open-concept floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, an eight-person indoor dining area, and additional outdoor dining space overlooking the pool.

The home is divided into three distinct sleeping wings, offering privacy and comfort for all guests:
• Primary Suite – King bed with private four-piece ensuite bathroom
• Second Wing – Queen bedroom with private ensuite bathroom
• Third Wing – Two bedrooms (one queen, two twins) with a shared full bathroom, accessed via a private hallway.
To enhance hygiene and modernize the space, all bedroom carpets have been replaced with sleek laminate flooring, offering a fresh, low-maintenance, and comfortable environment.

This beautifully decorated and well-maintained home in East Naples made for a wonderful stay. We especially loved the private pool and peaceful outdoor space, enhanced by stunning landscaping and outdoor lighting. Inside, the spacious family room was bright and airy with its high ceilings, and the entire home was spotless with many brand-new appliances. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to enjoy meals at home. The location offered easy access to I-75, local beaches, 5th Avenue shopping, the Naples Zoo, and Tin City. The neighborhood was perfect for evening walks and remained quiet and peaceful at night. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Well appointed home had everything you could possibly need for a holiday in the sun with family. Just need to bring sunscreen and a bathing suit.
