Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.

This is the second time we have rented this house. Great setup. Any problems we had were immediately addressed satisfactorily. However, is in need of some updating and maintenance. Thoroughly enjoyed the lake located behind the house. Lots of different birds to watch.

The neighborhood is beautiful and the house Is spotless - super clean. I’ve rented a lot of houses on VRBO and this is by far the cleanest of any I’ve stayed at. I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped this place was! We really appreciated the beach gear and the kids enjoyed using the volleyball at the community center. Lovely pool and yard setup. Close to everything! We were all over the place during our stay (beaches, downtown, Coastland Mall, the Mercato, North Naples, etc) and it seemed like from the house nothing was more than 20 minutes away. The beach was less than 15. Publix is close and Walmart not too far (about 20 mins). I highly recommend this place - we would not hesitate to rent again!
