This property was perfect. It was very clean and spacious, with all bedrooms nicely separated, without feeling too big, but providing privacy. The pool and property are beautifully maintained and the lanai made eating and relaxing outside very comfortable, knowing bugs would not be able to get inside. They also provide a bunch of pool floats so you can relax in the pool. When we weren't in the pool, it was nice having a fan over the eating area and a large tv to the side, along with new furniture with comfortable cushions and a large patio umbrella, making it easy to stay outside all day and well into the night.The hosts thought of everything you need for your stay - fully stocked kitchen, sheets, blankets and comforters for every bed (all made upon arrival, with extras in the linen closets). They also provided plenty of beach/pool towels, bathroom towels, mats, hand soaps, cleaning products, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sponges, paper towels and toilet paper. They even provided mini-shampoo and bar soaps in each bathroom to start you off, in case you forgot to bring them. We felt right at home and were able to walk in, put on our bathing suits, jump into the pool and start our vacation.The hosts were very responsive to questions leading up to the trip as well as while we were there. They are super organized and provide a binder with a list of things to do.We highly recommend this property and owners (who have other properties in the area) and hope to be back again!

The home was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Very well-appointed house that had everything needed for our stay. The only downside was the master bed was a little uncomfortable. Tammy responded to questions and concerns promptly. We will definitely consider this or other properties she has available for our future trips.

The house had many conveniences , like lots of pool toys and fun family movies. We enjoyed many nice memories. Having said that, we thought the cleanliness was sub-par. We found a cockroach beneath the couch, many centipede like creatures crawling on the curtains, in the shower, etc. In addition, the linens and pillows did not feel fresh…we needed a extra blanket and the one we found in the closet was covered with dandruff and hair (it seemed to be animal hair).
