About this house rental
This fantastic 4 bedroom 3 bath private pool home which overlooks a long sparkling lake, is nicely furnished with Ethan Allen furniture for the more discriminating guest. Lots of natural light displays in every room. You enter this home through its stunning double door entry with beautiful stained glass into the formal living room overlooking the large enclosed pool area and beautiful lake. Next to the living room, the formal dining area is perfect for that special dinner party or just very comfortable family meal.
The family room with vaulted ceilings offers lots of room for relaxing and entertaining. Next to the family room is the kitchen with dinette area featuring a bay window that looks out onto the pool and lake area. This kitchen has very high ceilings with three large windows above the cabinets allowing Florida's sunshine to light up the entire space. There is plenty of working counter space and all the appliances you would ever need.
The master suite is located at the front right side of the house and extends back to the pool area with large window and french door access to the pool. The master bath has his and hers sinks, a stand up shower and a large soaking tub.
The other bedrooms are located off the family room, the second master suite has a wonderful king size bed from Pottery Barn, large window view of the lake, a sliding glass door to the pool area, and its own private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
There are two more bedrooms featuring a queen size bed in the first and two twin beds in the second and an additional shared bathroom with tub/shower combination.
This first class community is close to shopping, restaurants, schools and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The community amenities include a clubhouse, two heated pools, tennis courts, a children’s playground, volleyball court, basketball court, and soccer field.

Overall, the house is a little older and could use some updating, but we felt the owners were in the process of doing so. The cleanliness of the property was fantastic. Very clean. Plenty of towels and anything you needed in the kitchen. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as shown in photos. Furniture was dated but still nice. It was clean except one large vent in the kitchen that had not been cleaned in a long time. We changed over 10 light bulbs that were out but replacements were left in the house. We did have a few plumbing problems and tried to get with property managers right away but it took at least 2 days for them to get back to us. I used the app they supplied and I called and pushed the emergency number line to leave messages. Once I was contacted the plumbing was fixed within a few hours. The day before we left the master toilet broke and we could not use it. I left messages but was never contacted back. When I called before check out they said they had received my messages and it was being fixed the day after we left. We love Naples and love the briarwood neighborhood. We have stayed there before and will stay there again. Just a little disappointed in the response time with the management company. Other than that it was a wonderful month in Naples.

We love Briarwood, it is close to Old Naples that we love, and the price are acceptable for our family. We have rented 5 houses in Briarwood since 2010 and 4 houses in Old Naples, Bershire, Cape Coral. This house is what we will consider average quality of the ten. On the positive side the house have a good layout, nice view, great pool-area and is very well equipped, also the needed "beachstuff". It was well presented and clean indoor, but it need some upgrades, especially the beds. (The nice Master bedroom are beautiful but have a tiny bed that is quite hard. So we gave the master to our teenage son.On the negatives though (I may be in to details) i had to fix two windows and one door that could not be locked at the arrival (this is quite normal in American houses), and i had to tidy and clean the garage floor to set up the ping-pong table i found in the garage (but i had to buy net and rackets on Wall Mart to enjoy it and left this to next renter ;-. I also had to clean the deck/floor in the pool area due to our feet became very dirty. We loved the stay and actually also the house, but to get me back next Christmas we recommend the following.-door/windows facing outside must be able to lock.-tidy and clean garage and deck every 3 months.-invest 4000-5000USD in fantastic matrasses.-get a king-size bed in to the nice Master bedroom.-soundproof the south side poolheater.-get rid og the old "moulded" and flattired Honda.
