About this house rental
This striking home has a view of the pool and lake from almost every room. The moment you enter this home you are greeted by a striking view across its beautiful formal living area out to the lanai and very large swimming pool. Take in the sparkling lake with birds, ducks, turtles, otters and many other wildlife the lakes in our Briarwood community have become known for
The Master suite has a king size bed and large master bathroom equipped with shower and roman tub. A sliding glass door to the pool and lanai area make this a beautiful place to slumber.
There are two other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house that share the second bath and a fourth bedroom with its own private 3rd bath off the living room.
Both the second and third bedroom feature two twin beds with white wood furniture, brightly decorated Florida style and the fourth bedroom is set up as a second master suite with a king size bed, 26" flat screen TV and its own private bath.
The pool faces southwest overlook a beautiful lake with plenty of space for sunbathing and entertaining.

Property and location were good. Mgmt experience was unprofessional and horrible. The manager threatened to evict us because we complained about the washing machine not working and took over a week to fix. She was rude, combative and unprofessional. Will not recommend CNE to anyone.

The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When we arrived the pool was filthy and poolside furniture stacked high by patio door, as if we were not expected. It took 2 days before someone came to sort the pool out. Outside lighting didn’t work. We reported the problem but no one ever came to fix it. Found broken clothes horse in garage, held together with duck tape. Every cupboard in kitchen filled with junk. No where to put food. Paint missing from walls. Tears in sofas. In need of some tender loving care and new management team. Position of property was the best part.
