Your home away from home! Welcome to our beautiful, paradise home, Beso Del Sol (part of the Del Sol Collection in Naples), located in the upscale gated community of Briarwood. This Naples home features a Southern Exposure private screened saltwater pool with peaceful lakeside scenery where ducks and otters swimming by are not uncommon! This four-bedroom and three-full-bath home is equipped with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable vacation and is centrally located 10 minutes away from downtown Naples and sugar white beaches.
The Space:
The exterior of this home boasts well-maintained and bright landscaping, as well as a two-car driveway.
Once you open the front door, you will be welcomed by a gorgeous living room and dining room space with ample of space for your group to relax and enjoy. This home has a number of features that will make your stay enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen, streaming TVs in each room, Premium Wifi (900Mbps), 3 bicycles, an outdoor conversation set, a large egg chair, lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill. For those who are traveling with young children, we offer a range of items such as a pack-N-play, changing table, baby bathtub, high chair, and toys/games.

#1- King w/TV and en suite bath (dual vanities, soaking tub w/separate shower & water closet), a desk & direct pool access Bedroom
#2 - King w/TV (full bath with tub/shower combo, shared in the hall) Bedroom
#3- 2 twin beds w/ TV (full bath with tub/shower combo, shared in the hall) Bedroom
#4- 2 twin beds w/TV (full bath with tub/shower combo)
Briarwood is a 24/7 gated community located in the heart of Naples, it is just minutes away from picturesque beaches, shopping areas, and restaurants. It is the perfect location for all your community activities. From two heated pools and pickleball to tennis, basketball, and volleyball - there's something for everyone. All this lies just steps away from the villa, so you can enjoy everything at a moment's notice.
Naples is full of surprises and unforgettable experiences and Beso Del Sol is only a short 5-mile drive from all the action! Visitors can stroll downtown, enjoy the gleaming Gulf of Mexico beaches, experience delicious restaurants, and stay entertained with a range of activities during the day and evening.
At Briarwood, we're proud of our house and the surrounding community; consequently, this booking is subject to its own security protocol. To ensure that everyone has a pleasant and safe experience, guests must complete the necessary Briarwood application shortly after securing their reservation. The application includes a Non-refundable HOA application fee ($100 if submitted more than 20 days prior to check-in, $200 if submitted less than 20 days prior to check-in, $300 if submitted less than 7 days prior to check-in and $400 for same day processing - The first $100 is included in my rate. Pet fee (+$175, prior approval needed)
Pool Heating ($20/night - Dec thru April; $15/night - May thru Nov)

Our stay for the month was fantastic! Everything we needed was already there and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants just a quick ride away. Home was very clean, which was a relief for my wife. We took many walks, with our dog: the neighborhood is safe, beautiful and the people were so friendly. Just about 15-20 min drive to the beach; we loved Lowdermilk Beach! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Naples.

From initial communication with the owner through check out, the experience was perfect. The property has everything you could need. It is spacious, clean and conveniently located. The gated community is safe and quiet. We would definitely rent here again!

Property is everything advertised - luxurious, clean, convenient to everything in Naples.While we were there a small but significant issue developed and the owners and property managers responded immediately - on new years day, no less!We will definitely rent this house again if available during our next visit.Thank you!!

This home is in a lovely neighborhood and convenient to many stores. It is, however, a bit tired. It needs a good deep cleaning, the kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced, there were no tupperware containers, I had to buy usable frying pans and cutting boards because what was in there was in terrible condition. Someone needs to clean out the junk and replace the broken, rusty and old items. The ice maker does not work. Other than that, we had a nice stay. The bikes are for teens, not adults. After replacing a seat and pumping up the tires we used them but it would have been better to have some adult bikes. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.
