Perfectly located to visit Naples, using the metro, catching a ferry or a coach/bus. The street is relatively quiet, so no noise issues. Owner and staff are lovely and always ready to help start to finish. Breakfast was good (great cappuccino!) and having it in bed felt like holidays! It's an old building, but there is a small lift, which is a plus. The room was spacious and renovated, the bathroom too. We also needed a transfer to the airport early in the morning and we were put in contact with a driver who picked us up for a reasonable price. No complaints really. We would happily suggest this place to friends and family.

Nothing we didn't like, maybe a couple of suggestions for improvement: More variety for the breakfast More toilet paper provided

The location is perfect. In the city everything is really close, walking distance. If you’d like to go to other places (for example Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Capri) trainstation and port is also in walking distance. As well as the Alibus stop. The room is clean and looks like on the picture. The staff are very nice and they are there to fulfill your requests if you need anything. I do not understand the people complaining about the building or the nearby streets. Nowadays you can easily check what street / building you book a room. However we were two women and felt totally safe in the area.

Only one thing, but not worth taking a point for it is that it would be nice if there was a mini fridge / minibar in the room to keep the drinks and maybe some fruits cold. But that is only a suggestion to make the accommodation even better.

The bed and room in general are really nice and comfortable. One of the most clean rooms I have ever seen in my life! The bathroom was impeccable! Soft linen and great air conditioning.

My room was direct on the kitchen… so don’t expect to sleep later because you can hear everything from the thin walls… also as I was travelling alone, I didn’t feel much safe staying in a room with a password to open the door, that was the exactly room number!! How crazy?! Then why putting a password at all? And as I saw, my room was the only one with the password, all the others had keys. The personal was ok but clearly not ready to deal with international people . Not really nice and when I arrived my passaport photo was sent in a WHATSAPP message!! WHERE ARE THE PRIVACY SECURITY FOR DOCUMENTS?!? How can they send a document so important in a open social media!!! HORRIBLE feeling . If you care about Datenschultz be careful here. These are important details in hospitality that need to be taken in consideration if you want to run a business.
