Virginia was an excellent host. She responded immediately to all questions and went out of her way to provide additional information that we didn't even think to ask. The apartment was easy to find and easy to get into. The location was quite convenient and felt very safe. Inside the apartment there is a common room with a high-end coffee maker, dishes, sink, little tables. The fridge was stocked with yogurt, milk and fruit juice. We had a free breakfast at a local cafe, but on two early mornings we were able to enjoy a good breakfast at the apartment with granola and yogurt.

There was an issue with the overhead shower. Virginia had already scheduled a plumber and apologized. It wasn't a big deal to us because the handheld worked fine, but that was the only thing we could think of which was the least bit inconvenient.

Location was fantastic- right in the heart of Naples and within walking distance of a metro. Room was well situated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable- probably the softest since we have been in Italy. Breakfast actually worked very well- the facility had a tiny kitchen with yoghurt, coffee and toast. Literally 2 minute walk away was a cafe where you got a coffee, juice and pastry included with the room- you just brought your coupon.
