Location was fantastic- right in the heart of Naples and within walking distance of a metro. Room was well situated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable- probably the softest since we have been in Italy. Breakfast actually worked very well- the facility had a tiny kitchen with yoghurt, coffee and toast. Literally 2 minute walk away was a cafe where you got a coffee, juice and pastry included with the room- you just brought your coupon.

I loved this place. It was cozy and quiet yet centrally located in the city. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. We spent both days walking all over the city so it was nice to have a comfy and quiet place with good beds to lay down and rest.

The owner Virginia was very accomodating when our flights were changed and helped us with great recommendations for us to see in Naples while we were there. The included pastry and cappuccino at the corner cafe were a great bonus! The staff was very friendly and they cleaned the room daily. The cleaning lady even helped me figure out the coffee machine and I was thankful for that! Its located close to the port, castle, shopping and lots of great restaurants we tried! If you want a place to stay in Naples that is more personal than a typical hotel I would highly recommend this be the place you stay
I cant think of a single thing that needs improvement. Everything that we experienced at Panteria was great!
