La situation de l'établissement.
En 5 jours, je n'ai croisé personne à part la personne qui m'a remis les clés et réclamé les 22€ de la taxe de séjour. Une fois, la femme de ménage qui d'ailleurs fait bien son travail. Tout se passe par code et whatsapp. Pas de petit déjeuner, à part le faire soit même. C'est du Airbnb et non du B&B. Les quelques échanges whatsapp que j'ai eu avec la propriétaire étaient plus que succincts.
et j'émets des réserves concernant les commentaires dithyrambiques que l'on peut lire sur Booking mais aussi sur Google et TripAdvisor. Peut être est ce moi qui n'est pas fait pour ce service " hôtelier" déshumanisé ?

Todo muy limpio y silencioso.
La habitación es muy grande y lumimosa, con aire acondicionado. La cama es muy cómoda. También hay un pequeño frigorífico, un escritorio y un armario con una caja fuerte en su intetior.
Buena ventilación exterior del dormitorio y el baño. En el balcón hay una persiana regulables, lo cual permite dormir con total oscuridad.
El baño es muy grande y completo.
Hay una zona comunitaria para las 4 habitaciones, una cocina - comedor, muy amplia, y con todo lo necesario para cocinar: utiles de cocina, fogones, horno, microondas, tostadora, fregadero, frigorífico grande). En la zona de comedor: 4 mesas, sillas y vajilla (después de utilizarla hay que fregarla).
La cocina - comedor, me ha ido genial, allí he preparado mis desayunos saludables y mis cenas.
El edificio tiene un hermoso portón por el que se puede entrar comodamente con todo el equipaje. El problema viene cuando el portero ha terminado su jornada laboral y ha cerrado el portón. Hay que entrar y salir por una puertecita pequeña.

Excellent location, near port, transport links, and old town. Good room size, great shower. Host was friendly.
The bed sheets did not fit the bed and came off every time we moved. While the sheets had been washed, they were stained. Mattress protector was plastic, which was very uncomfortable in the heat - while we acknowledge the high temperatures outside, the air con struggled to lower the temperature in the room and it was fairly warm.
Quite noisy with other guests coming in/out of the shared corridor.
The suggested cafe for breakfast in the morning was closed.
