Mario the host was fantastic! He had a very detailed map on his recommendations for food and shopping. The location is great and close to many attractions

Our stay at Napoliamo was a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Gianluca.
From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with such kindness and took the time to explain everything about the accommodation very carefully. He gave us a map of Naples and explained the area, useful places, and things we should know during our stay. The map he gave us ended up being incredibly helpful while exploring the city, and we used it a lot throughout our time in Naples.
Another thing we really appreciated was how easy it was to communicate with him. Whenever we had a question or encountered a small problem, we could contact him through WhatsApp, and he was always very responsive and helpful. Knowing that we could reach him whenever we needed assistance made us feel very comfortable and reassured during our stay.
The location of Napoliamo was also excellent. It was very convenient for exploring Naples, and we found it easy to get around the city from the accommodation.
What touched us most, however, was Gianluca's genuine kindness. On our last day, he helped us store our luggage, and everything was handled so carefully, neatly, and kindly until it was time for us to leave. It may sound like a small thing, but moments like this really showed us how much he cared about his guests until the very end of their stay.
Looking back on our trip, we feel that we did not simply meet a wonderful host in Naples — it almost feels as though we made a new friend during our travels. That is something very special to us, and it made our memories of Naples even happier.
Thank you so much, Gianluca, for your warm welcome, your helpful advice, the wonderful map, and all your kindness throughout our stay. We are very grateful that we had the chance to stay at Napoliamo, and we would happily stay here again if we return to Naples someday.
