About this house rental
The flats
Our stone house "Patriko House" has been completely restored or renovated in 2018, both inside and out. The house has a circumference of 8x8 meters plus 12 square meters terrace, stairs.
The spacious terrace invites you for a leisurely breakfast in the morning. Even in the evening with subtle lighting of the stone wall to your left, you can enjoy a glass of wine there. Of course, you can also switch on the entire balcony lighting and see your self-groomed fish better. Our barbecue is next to the little house in the same yard.
home equipment
In our house there are 2 apartments. The lower apartment can be reached from the courtyard with only 3 steps. Both apartments contain 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room on the hinged couch can sleep another person. In addition to the facility is a baby cot available. Babies and toddlers weighing up to 15 kilograms can safely stay in there if desired.
The kitchenettes are fully equipped: coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge and iron.
The bathroom has a washing machine and hair dryer. Hot water is channeled through the solar system on the roof to the bathroom and kitchen.
In the living room hangs a large flat screen on the wall. A satellite dish on the roof assures you a good reception from many German channels, English, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish and Turkish channels.
Free internet is available. English and German books can be found in our bookshelf next to the front door, in case of boredom. Each apartment has air conditioning and since 2024 also in the bedroom withthe double bed.
Important notes
1. The bringing of pets is prohibited.
Second Every 4 days we give you fresh sheets and towels. The towels are intended for the house and not to take to the beach. Thank you for your understanding! We will not enter the apartment during your stay.
Third Under the stairs in the storage room you will find brooms, dustpan, bucket, mop and ironing board. The iron is in the kitchen cupboard.
4th Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
5th Rest periods: 15: 00-17: 30 and 23: 00-07: 00
From 15:00 clock is check in!
Check out until 11:00!
