Neroli Apartments

Apartament îngrijit și curat, am găsit cafea la locație, foarte buna de altfel, lenjerie curată, doar că apartamentul a avut intrarea prin spate și doar o cameră are ieșire la terasă!

Florile de la intrarea in curte sunt foarte mari în poartă și au țepi și te rănesc.. ar trebui toaletată puțin intrarea in curte...igrasie in baie cu mucegai....

Our family of five spent 13 nights in this apartment. We were pleased. Everything was exactly as described and in the photos. We had absolutely everything and more than we needed: plenty of different dishes, an excellent oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, large refrigerator, washing machine, 3 TVs, bed linens, towels, and all the essentials. All the appliances worked perfectly. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it was quite cool. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is quite spacious, with a small green courtyard and a table under a canopy. It was quite quiet and peaceful here, with very few cars passing on the street. Nikiti beach is nice, but during the afternoons during the first week, there was a strong wind (about 20 km/h according to the weather forecast) and the waves were so big that it was impossible to swim. Only in the second week did the situation improve, and swimming became comfortable after 4 PM. The beach is actually 500 meters away, or about a 5-minute walk. Moreover, the entry into the sea is good right away; you don't have to walk parallel to the sea to find a better one.

The only drawback in this area is the very dusty road, as it is unpaved (not all of it, but the area around the building and the nearest perpendicular street). However, Nikiti has a lot of construction going on, so many roads are unpaved. This means road dust easily and quickly penetrates the courtyard and the apartments themselves, especially on the ground floor. Therefore, during our stay, we had to wash the floors every three days, as well as hose down the terrace in the courtyard; otherwise, it was impossible to walk there barefoot due to the accumulation of road dust. The cleaning before our check-in was poor, but the owner quickly resolved this issue, for which we are very grateful The internet could have been better, as we barely managed to watch the World Cup.

Very well equipped with everything you need, beds are super comfy, nice yard, strong wifi, very close to main street with restaurants, in the same time very quite street

Bize özel, ufak bir daire ve yatak sayısı gayet yeterliydi. TV ve internet rahatça kullanılabiliyordu, klima sistemi de gayet yeterliydi. Bahçedeki oturma alanı güzel düşünülmüş. Daireye giriş çıkış oldukça rahat ve konforlu. Lüks aramayan, optimum seviyede ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak isteyen ziyaretçiler için gayet yeterli.

Bakımsız kalan bazı alanlar var. Banyo tavanı nem nedeniyle dökülüyordu ve sürekli üzerimize düştü boya parçaları. Salonda bulunan koltuk eskimiş durumda. Elektrik sistemi ve bazı ışıklandırmalar ile alakalı düzenlemeler yapılmalı, kabloların sarkması hoş değil. bahçeye açılan kapı sinekliğinin sürekli yerinden çıkması rahatsız ediciydi.
