Very clean. Big and organised parking. Big beautiful grass areas arround the house. A lot of water hoses arround for cleaning stuff like kayaks and boards flippers... A few showers and a dressing cabin in the yard. Beautiful tables for coffee and drinks in the yard. An old lady will always offer you coffee in every time of the day. ❤️

Walls are a bit too sound conductive.

Comfortable but isolated

The property offers everything it promisses if you are looking for silence. Although not very close, the beach Trani Ammouda is nice. The host is warm and hospitable. The parking space is generous and the yard is clean and well maintained.

Far from the beach, far from taverns, no options for breakfast at the location or in the neighbourhoods, the road to Ormos Panagias has no street lights, it may become scary at night, the roads around the property are narrow and in bad shape. The view from the room balcony faces some deserted gardens.

Wonderful location and wonderful family

Evangelia’s house is a wonderful place to stay. The family are simply lovely and took me under their wing. I was travelling solo and with no car so they gave me lifts to shops and into Nikiti and looked after me very well.

It is an ideal apart hotel for a family of 4. Both the double bed and the bunk beds are very comfortable. The mini kitchen in the room was very useful for us. Pots, pans, plates, everything is complete. It is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of birds. There is a parking lot and it has an awning. The owner and his daughter are also very attentive and helpful. If we go again, we will stay there again :)

We were very pleased with everything. Only the bathroom could have been a little bigger. But it's not a big problem.

The best place if you want peace and quiet.It is located in walking distance to the beach,the parking space is at shade.I recommend at the beach La Luna lounge,the sun beds and the service there is top quality,alsoWhite Restaurant is in walking distance,wery good breakfast. The studio was very clean. Every day the host was cleaning it and the towels and bed linen were changed pretty often (3 times in 7 days). Also the host was very kind. We had a great time here.

Superb

We've had a very pleasant stay during our trip. Mrs. Evangelia is very nice and friendly and she was always around the house in case we needed something. The room was very clean and spacious, with a kitchenette and a small balcony. Air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it was very efficient.

It is not very well soundproofed and some of our noisy neighbours made it difficult for us to fall asleep.

Υπέροχα!

Πεντακάθαρο! Και μόνο από αυτό κερδίζει τα 5 αστέρια. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού τέλειο, η τοποθεσία υπέροχη, έχει δέντρα και γρασίδι σε όλο το κτήμα που προσφέρουν μια δροσιά ακόμα και τις πιο καυτές ημέρες. Το ίντερνετ πιάνει παντού! Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, η κ.Ευαγγελία και η κ. Βασιλική μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Last but not least, το μπάνιο ήταν πανέμορφο, η ντουζιέρα ευρύχωρη, η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν κανονική (και όχι σαν ψεύτικη που βρίσκεις στα περισσότερα παραθεριστικά διαμερίσματα) και η πίεση του νερού τέλεια! Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!

Μας φάνηκε λίγο ακριβό. Ωστοσο, η αλήθεια είναι πως αξίζει τα λεφτά του. Επίσης, συγκριτικά με άλλα καταλύματα στην περιοχή (που όλα κυμαίνονται ακριβές τιμες) , αξίζει. Για μια οικογένεια με παιδάκια είναι ότι πρέπει! Επίσης, θα θέλαμε να έχει smart τηλεόραση ώστε να δούμε ταινία αλλά τελικά δεν μας έλειψε!

Prvi put smo ma Sitoniji, vratićemo se opet, Ormos je malo, ušuškano mesto, a smeštaj odličan.

Lokacija odlicna za obilazak Sitonije ili za uzivanje u miru, na plaži. Objekat je čist, uredan, kućni red se poštuje, domaćin ljubazan. Vratićemo se opet :)
