Niki House

We had a really lovely stay at Niki House. The apartment had everything we needed and fully met our expectations. It was spacious, comfortable and a great base for exploring the area. We especially loved the location. The apartment is situated in a small, charming Greek village with a wonderful local atmosphere. There are supermarkets, small shops and traditional tavernas nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The owners were absolutely lovely – very friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring about our comfort. The apartment was cleaned regularly, and towels and bed linen were changed during our stay, which we really appreciated. The nearest beach is around 3–4 km away. You can walk there, but we found it much more convenient to go by car. And the beach itself is absolutely beautiful – crystal-clear water, just what you dream of when coming to Greece! Overall, we felt very comfortable here and would happily recommend Niki House. ❤️

The only reason we are giving 9 instead of 10 is the number of stray cats around the property. There were quite a few of them, and they often came onto the terrace and sometimes tried to get inside the apartment. You could also notice their presence around the outdoor area. For us, it wasn't a major problem because we spent most of the day away exploring and enjoying the beaches. However, it may be uncomfortable for some guests, especially anyone with a cat allergy. We understand that stray cats are common in Greece and that this is not entirely within the owners' control, but perhaps cooperation with a local animal welfare organisation could help manage the situation. Apart from this, we were really happy with our stay and everything else was great.

Niki House is an ideal first floor apartment to stay in, a few hundred metres from the centre of the picturesque village with restaurants and local shops. The apartment contains everything for a pleasant stay; the air conditioning worked well and was essential in the summer heat! The owners are very friendly and helpful, and live below the apartment and are available if something is needed. We will definitely return another time!

Everything was as we wished!

Apartament bardzo przytulny, idealny na relaksujący pobyt, niczego w nim nie brakowało. Kominek tworzy wyjątkowy klimat i poza sezonem był bardzo cennym źródłem ciepła w chłodne wieczory. Na zewnątrz jest też grill. Właściciele są niezwykle sympatyczni i gościnni, a ich koty i pies dodają miejscu jeszcze więcej uroku. Jeśli ktoś lubi zwierzęta, to jest to miejsce dla niego! Lokalizacja świetna – w bardzo ciekawym, starym miasteczku. Do plaż blisko. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Najdivniji domaćini koji se mogu poželeti. Vode računa o svakom pa i najsitnijem detalju. Smeštaj je na savršenoj lokaciji, u mirnom delu, a opet na samo par minuta hoda od svega što je potrebno - prodavnica, restorana, centralnog trga. Do prelepe peščane plaže stiže se brzo i lako kolima. Sve je bilo besprekorno čisto i uredno. Kuhinja je prostrana i opremljena svim neophodnim uređajima za udoban boravak. Apartman je fenomenalan. Sve preporuke od srca!
