The Allen Home was perfect for us. We loved the layout, the kitchen was well equipped, the bath for each bedroom was a real bonus. The pool was wonderful and the location to beach was good.

we found the house clean and well maintained. Sanibel Vacations was attentive and helpful. The only problem was intense noise from neighboring properties - chain saws, leaf blowers, mowers, sometimes starting early in the morning. Otherwise, it was just fine.

Lovely house with a nice layout and very nice kitchen appliances. Furniture was not comfortable. Picnic style dining table with benches not comfortable. Chest of drawers in guest bedroom not functional. Same bedroom did not have adequate airflow for cooling. Twin beds not comfortable for adults. Pool was refreshing but needs a good cleaning to eliminate black mildew.
