The enclosed backyard is a tranquil haven, featuring a private pool where you can unwind under the sun or enjoy a refreshing evening swim. It's an ideal space for family gatherings, barbecues, or simply enjoying the serene ambiance. Located by the entrance to the East Rocks neighborhood, "Sooner Beach Escape" offers quick and easy access to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the soft sands and gentle waves at a moment's notice. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active beachside adventure, this home provides the perfect setting for unforgettable memories.
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 1 Queen bed (sleeps 6), free WIFI with TV streaming devices, heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Had a great vacation at this property. The pool was wonderful and having a screened in eating area outside was a huge plus. The house was well appointed and the bathrooms were great. SBL were awesome to work with. Could not ask for a better agency to deal with.Highly recommend this property

This house was excellent. The location is fantastic. short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and private. Highly recommend this home. It was very clean and well appointed. It had everything you need to enjoy the beach life.Sanibel Vacations management was excellent to work with. We rented another house for the next month and they coordinated and easy transition for us. We highly recommend working with this group. We will continue to do so in the future for certain.thanks,
