The entire interior of the home was painted and decorated to reflect the peaceful and serene environment that is Sanibel Island. The outstanding outdoor space is suitable for all weather conditions with half of it newly furnished and covered and the other half open and screened framing the new large heated pool. This stunning home is in the highly sought after West Gulf Drive area with the best beach locations on the island. Island Dreams is simply a dream come true. Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 2 Queen bed (sleeps 6 MAX), SmartTVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai patio space, deeded beach access, NO garage parking available, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

This rental is a great place to stay. This was my second Sept at Island Dreams and already booked for next year. The location to the beach and beach access is perfect. The amenities are very adequate with a fully equipped kitchen, screened pool, fenced in backyard for the pets and plenty of space for guests. The Sanibel Vacation staff are the friendly and so helpful. I can't wait for my next adventure.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Dreams. The house was clean, professionally decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved that the house had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Having a pool that is screened, as this house did, is a must if you plan to vacation during the summer’s high mosquito and noseeum season. We also loved that the house was across the street from the beach access path.

We truly had a wonderful month in Sanibel!! The things we really enjoyed about this house was the great location (great access to the beach) & the pool. The house was very clean and bright. The only negative I have is that the kitchen could have been a little better stocked. I really love working with everyone at Sanibel Vacations. I very highly recommend them and certainly look forward to working with them again on our future vacations to Sanibel!!

The home is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery. The photos are deceiving as a garage is pictured but there is no garage. What was the garage is the third bedroom. The pool area is overcrowded with furniture making it hard to walk around and mostly unusable. The master bedroom is very large and renovated as is the kitchen. The AC went out and took 6 days to be repaired however the management company was very responsive.
