The negative was all the construction noise. It was bad at times. Realize it has to be done but really not good.

The complex is in a great location. Walk to the beach in 2 minutes. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. June is a great time to go. Beach was crowded and easy to go out for dinner with no reservations

We loved the Island Beach Club community during our recent one month stay. The property manager, Sherri & her colleagues (Tommy & ?) were attentive, friendly & professional. Our Property Management Company (Select Vacation) were terrific and attentive, specifically when we mentioned the broken umbrella and lack of chairs. They allowed me to replace umbrella and reimbursed me along with them adding 4 new beach chairs.
