The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat on the second level with a king bed and desk area and primary bathroom, accompanied by two guest bedrooms featuring a queen bed and 2 twin beds on the main living level. Outside, the private pool area is the heart of the home, offering a serene environment for outdoor dining with the provided grill or afternoon lounging by the water. The garage is a one car door but can fit 2 inside. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave to simplify meal preparation. This property is a standout choice for travelers seeking a memorable island experience near pristine beach access.

Guests have access to the entire property and pool, as well as deeded beach access.

We recommend a rental car, golf cart or bikes to get around
Other Things to Note:
For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
Guests must complete a rental agreement after booking
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
