The villa, characterized by the fusion of two styles (the Italian and the African), recalls the typical Zanzibar hut, able to offer the maximum privacy and tranquility that is expected from a holiday in this place.
Villa Noah Beach is built on two floors and is surrounded by a large garden with a dining table, sunbeds and swings, from which you can directly access the beach.
The ground floor has three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a kitchen in the outdoor area, while the upper floor is a real outdoor relaxation area, set up with sofas, a dining table and covered by the "makuti" , typical island roof. , with a breathtaking panoramic view, featuring the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean, the white sand of the tropical beach and the rich vegetation that frames the work of art. Our host Janeth was just outstanding. She was so accommodating and helpful. She checked in with us every day, cooked us breakfast, help us find a taxi when we needed it, and even played a couple of card games with us. We just felt like we were at home. She is just the nicest sweetest person. I will highly recommend this place just because of Janeth, if nothing else. But the place was outstanding too. Such a beautiful location so nice! It’s just a short walk up the beach to the Zanzabella Hotel that had an excellent restaurant where we saw Masai dancers one evening. We found a boat captain right on the beach in front of the Villa Noah, who took us out for a great African sail boat ride and some snorkeling. In fact, everyone we met on the beach where the friendliest people on earth. What a great place! I want to come back!

Great house on the beach,swimming in the ocean every morning with the sunrise.amazing.very quiet and peaceful.short walk along the beach for bars and restaurants .Commucation with House Manager Janeth was very good,she was very helpful and took care of any questions and requests.would stay there again highly recommend.Thanks

Our week-long stay at Fadhili’s property was truly amazing. The house is right on the beach, the rooms spartan yet perfectly clean and comfortable. The grand rooftop patio/enclave was a perfect place to relax, read, and watch the water. However, the best part of staying at this property was getting to know our host, and feeling so well taken care of by the staff. We asked to have a few meals cooked for us and we are so glad we did! The food was delicious and we got a taste of real Zanzibari cuisine. If you’re looking to have a more local experience, engage in the culture and meet wonderful Zanzibari people instead of sequestering in one of the many overpriced resort bubbles, this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.
