Beachfront Apartments with Private Pool

Comfortable and clean; in-house cooked to order breakfast each morning by a professional chef, shared pool at property, beachfront location and beautiful view, many beach restaurants within walking distance down the beach

Property itself is great. Electricity tended to go on and off but the apartment has a back-up generator system. Mini-marts are available in Kiwengwa but not any larger grocery stores or markets in the immediate area. We rented a car for our stay but would not do that again as many taxis available for hire throughout the island and driving is quite difficult and unsafe at times.

The property is amazing just in front of the beach with a private beach. We love everything … We had every morning delicious breakfast made by Chef Combo The view … the stuff was so nice and helpful. The pool also was perfect surrounded by palms trees. The place was very safe with security 24 /7 We never felt unsafe in this beautiful beach We totally recommend this apartment Is worth every penny. We want to go back soon .

We love everything about this property

The property is new and the housekeeping team keeps everything very clean. The pool is shallow but clean, the views are great, and the beachfront is well maintained - they clean seaweed every morning.

The place isn’t fully finished the apartment next to us was under construction. One day, people (not sure if owners) were standing right outside, dropping F-bombs loudly on the phone for 5–10 minutes arguing about construction. After that, workers spent the whole day drilling and hammering in the hallway. They also replaced the glass in our apartment in the morning while we were inside, which was of course loud, you could ch age it when guest leave. The shattered glass after the change stayed in the hallway till the next day, imagine walking without footwear. The room setup didn’t match the booking. It was advertised as having two double-bed bedrooms, but we got two twin beds in one of the rooms. The property manager didn’t know anything about it, so we had to contact the owners through Booking. They combined the twin beds, but the beds aren’t designed to be combined, so one mattress ended up higher than the other. If you’re tall or a bigger person, you simply won’t fit comfortably in a twin bed. The “free toiletries” listed on Booking were only free for the first small set on day one. When they finished, we were told refills weren’t included, so on the second day we had to get a taxi to the shop just to buy basic toiletries. The internet is very weak it keeps cutting out, and the speed drops so low you can’t even watch something in 240p. Forget about watching sports in the evening. Breakfast is the same every day, and although there’s a menu, many items never appear. Fruits ran out and were never refilled, and some things were only available on the first day like mushrooms. Electricity outages happen, and when the generator turns on at night, the AC and ceiling fan beep repeatedly, which can be annoying if you’re trying to sleep. The property manager is helpful, but calling him is much faster than messaging. Overall, we either arrived at the wrong time or the quality has gone down, because the service we experienced is not worth the money.
