Good price, great location.

The owner was kind to physically welcome us at arrival and gave clear instruction how to use the room. Felt more like staying at you friend's place. Walking distance to center of Como and convenient to connect with the local bus.

As the place located next to the road, some noise coming in to the room at night. The room is also on the second flr. If you come with a big luggage, you need to carefully carry it up on the narrow stairs. Your neighbors are the local people but you will feel private in the room. It is also a shared room as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms outside with shared living room.

Clean, comfortable place to rest & recharge

Great place walking distance from the city center. The host was super responsive to questions. The place was spotless and the bed comfy so we slept well. There are two separate rooms in the apartment, each with its own bathroom, and a small shared entrance with coffee and tea. The space was quite well insulated as we couldn't hear anything from the other room.

Neighborhood is not that interesting, but it's away from the super touristy places and short walking distance from the lake.

A perfect lakeside stay with a friendly host, spotless comfort, and thoughtful extras!

The location was perfect, just near the lake. I really liked the owner—very friendly and happy to accommodate any special requests. The place was very clean and comfortable, with all the essentials I needed, including air conditioning. I also liked the concept of a private bathroom located outside the room. The morning espresso was an unexpected but delightful bonus. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again!

It was clean, comfortable and the host was so helpful and friendly. She makes you feel at home.

The breakfast, that was included in the price was nothing special and the only thing I ate from it were the fruits. But it also included fruit yogurt, biscuits, and a packed croissant, as well as coffee of your choice.

Beautiful modern clean apartment

The hostess was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was very modern and extremely clean. It was an easy 18 minute walk to the train station/ferry station.

Hilton? No, better!

Mary was a fantastic host! Very welcoming and flexible, providing a proper Italian breakfast. (Cappuccino and Croissant) Room was big and spacious. The balcony in the afternoon is perfect to relax and dry out towels and bathers. Not too far from town to walk in and out. Extremely close to the foreshore walkway. Not too busy this side of town!

The host is very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and very clean. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from the lake.

Minor - there is a private bathroom, but it's not en suite, in order to get to it one has to go through the common space.

The stay was superb, the house is so clean and all the facilities you could need. It is a 2 min walk from the lake. The host also left coffee and a crossaint for morning breakfast which is so nice. There was also water in the fridge. I would highly recommend staying here

Super clean and nicely decorated, lots of nice details - shared bathroom not a problem at all

Everything was exceptionally clean, the room size was perfect and everything you could hope for was provided. Lot's of nice little details such as water, coffee capsules, kettle + tea variety, even a few little snacks! The bathroom was shared but this was never an issue, maybe we were lucky that the guests in the other room were very respectful too. The bed was SUPER comfortable. I highly recommend staying here, the standard was much nicer than similarly priced hotels closer to the centre of town.

The location isn't ideal if you have a suitcase to worry about when getting from the train station, but we found there was a good enough bus route very close to the property which helped a lot. The walk from the apartment to the centre of Como was totally fine without the suitcase and actually passes some really nice bars and restaurants that I don\t think we would have found if we stayed in the centre. One small thing, it was a bit confusing about which bell to press when first arriving to collect the keys.

Clean and good room

The hotel is very tidy, the shared bathroom is as well clean and it doesn’t cause any inconveniences as it is shared only for 2 rooms. The host is friendly and helpful. The bottle of water and coffee with sweet supplements are offered for guests in the hotel.
