About this house rental
Our cottage (70 sqm) is the most beautiful beach in about 300m away. We offer you an exclusive holiday house - is furnished and has everything to comfort, to be desired - blue as the sea and yellow like the sun.
Two bedrooms and two baths are ideal for a relaxing holiday with the whole family.
The ground floor has a living / dining room with access to the sunny terrace and the dinky garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The dining room has. A large table with 6 chairs, living room a comfortable leather sofa (sofa bed), a comfortable chair with reclining function and other rattan armchairs, flat screen TV, DVD player and CD radio Wi-Fi is available, the code will be determined on site.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), the second on composable single beds (2x 90x200 cm). A cot with mattress is available and can be installed in both rooms. There is a lot of cupboard space. Both bedrooms have blinds and curtains to darken.
Kitchen: dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and microwave. High quality equipment for 6 people. Stylish china and cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Fully enclosed garden with garden furniture (incl. Conditions) and a comfortable beach chair.
Desk is in the basement a cart and two good touring bikes (Giant, 7 speed) is available.
Washing machine (Miele) and dryer are in the basement.
ANIMAL HOUSE The house is FREE - no exceptions are possible.
Our service 'as in the hotel' on arrival: Upon arrival you will get made beds and a linen package per person. You also get a kitchen set (dishwashing liquid, dish cloth, tea towel) and an initial supply of toilet paper.
