Can't recommend the place due to suspicious behaviour of the owner, wrong descr., illegal requests.

Next to the sea. The communication during the stay with the owner was ok.

1. The owner requested to pay for electricity and heating, that supposed to be charged from the deposit. This request broke the rules and was absolutely not acceptable (also not clear how he was going to calculate that). After a lot of negotiations the illegal request was cancelled. 2. The parking was not free as specified in the description. 10 euro a day. 3. There were no towels provided and there was no information about that. We arrived with 2 small kids and could not take shower in the first evening after a long trip.

The location, right on the beach. Free parking available nearby (but difficult on crowded days). Easy access, no need for staff to get in the building/appartment.

First of all, some basic amenities missing: a place/rack to dry clothes and towels. No shoe rack at the entry. No mop to clean floors (vacuum cleaner not enough) and for longer stays it’s difficult to keep the place clean. Hot water in kitchen not very hot. Instructions to get into the building confusing in some languages. Very bad smell in the fridge.

J’ai trouvé exactement ce que j’étais venu chercher…. Certes oui il y a une pompe un peu bruyante mais pas dérangeante,pour le reste tout est très bien

Rien mais nous étions 2 …j’avoue que je dirais que l’appartement est optimal pour 3 adultes ou 2 adultes et 2 enfants A plus on va oublier🫣

Wij verbleven hier al een aantal keren en zijn opnieuw zeer tevreden. Het is een comfortabel, ruim, proper appartement met een perfecte ligging. De vlotte communicatie met de host is ook zeker een pluspunt.
