Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig, Matratzen mit gelben Flecken, WC wackelt, Fußboden in der Küche kaputt und sehr gefährlich, Duschtür ist defekt und sehr alt, Kaka von Möwen auf dem Balkon sehr ekelig, die Couch ist sehr unkomfortable, unter der Spüler alte Sachen und geschimmelte Handschuhen.

Goed en leuk verblijf vanwege het mooi weer..

Mooie locatie met zeezicht en alles binnen handbereik. In het appartement was ook alles aanwezig : bestek, borden, glazen ea...

Tweede slaapkamer was echt smal en klein. Appartement had een zeer oude en niet goed onderhouden badkamer. De bank om TV te kijken was echt niet comfortabel, zo ook de twee terrasstoelen.

La 2iem chambre n'est pas une chambre c'est un petit cagibi sans fenêtre avec 2 lits superposés...

Appartement idéalement situé mais un peu cher

L'appartement est idéalement situé sur la digue, avec une vue magnifique. Il est bien entretenu, très propre, meublé et décoré de façon moderne. Le séjour est assez spacieux et la chambre double est parfaite (literie confortable). Il dispose d'une salle de bain de bonne taille avec baignoire. TV avec grand choix, WIFI. Cuisine bien équipée a priori (non utilisés car séjour d'une seule nuit). Le bâtiment est fonctionnel et calme. Accès facile avec boîte à clés. La ville était calme au moment de notre venue et nous avons su nous garer dans la rue parallèle.

Le salon n'est pas confortable, ce qui pourrait être amélioré en changeant le canapé. Les matelas des lits superposés ne sont pas très agréables non plus (dixit mes enfants). Prix élevé, surtout quand les frais de ménage sont obligatoires. Quand on n'y passe qu'une nuit, ça revient fort cher. Ce serait bien de laisser la possibilité de nettoyer soi-même (nous n'avions quasiment rien sali).

Самый большой плюс этой квартиры - место и вид😍. Большая, просторная и светлая.

Я думаю это минус для холодного времени года. Одновремменно ботареи не греют по комнатах. Если включаешь в одной, выключается в другой. И заселились мы в холодную квартиру. Платить отдельно за уборку и отопление, бегать снимать показания счетчика, первый раз с таким столкнулась. Как по мне жлобство и не про комфорт.
