Poorly maintained and Quality house. Nowhere near how it,s advertised Website/Brochures. Misleading

Seating area in living OK. Good selection of Kitchen équipement. Good size Garden although partially secured as gate could be opened (not lockable). Receptionist nice enough.

No WiFi for 7 days. Single beds uncomfortable, Back gate not lockable (risk of children running out). BBQ unusable, and rusty and not cleaned from previous people! exposed electric wire from socket in Living. The Gap on Top floor room too wide (risk of children and dog falling through) Dampness in house all over (dampness patches on Walls) Bathroom seal mouldy. The Toilet did not flush properly so had to flush 3 times everytime. Terrible Smell of waste pipes/Sewige. Garden shed area was very messy with pieces of wood all over floor area, No cushions for Loungers in Garden. The Curtains different sizes!! Lack of personal details care and attention. Extremely dissapointed. The The house did not reflect at all the website and Top quality Brochures and certainly not the price, I have over 500 Euros (6 days) + pay for Electrics + Water + Cleaning + Sheets and Towels.. I sincerely hope to get some kind of refund as would be more than happy sharing with Familly who live in Middelkerke and deter people from staying there! A pitty as location is very good. I have I just think Owners of the house don't care about customers!!

We hadden 2 huisjes gehuurd een 3 kamers, perfect, ander 2 kamers, eerste zicht ok, maar vocht, schimmel in de kamers en in het toilet 2 cm. water op de vloer...

Die Anlage war ok, aber das Haus, in dem wir waren, war sein Geld nicht wert.

Das Ferienhaus liegt inmitten einer Anlage von etwa 130 ferienhäusern. Die Anlage verfügt über einen schönen Spielplatz und einen kostenlos nutzbaren Naturpool. Die Beschäftigten sind durchweg sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Anlage als solche ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig, sie liegt fußläufig sechs Minuten vom Strand und 20 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum.

Die einzelnen Ferienhäuser sid zumeist in privater Hand und von völlig unterschiedlichen Zustand. Dieses Haus hatte eine völlig antiquierte Gästetoilette, sie stank und war so klein, das man da garnicht richtig draufpasst, und auch das Bad mit Toilette war vom Zustand aus den frühen Siebziegern. Die Einrichtung war gemischt, im Wohnzimmer stand eine gigantische dreiteilige schwarze völlig durchgesessene Ledercouch, welche den halben Raum eingenommen hat. Hinter der Couch war die ganze Wand verschimmelt wie auch die Couchrückseite selber. Auch in den Dachzimmern war hinter den Betten teilweise schwarzer Schimmel. Das ganze Haus stank richtiggehend nach Schimmel und Stock, sosehr, das wir für unseren Aufenthalt Tag und Nacht die Fenster öffnen mussten. Eine Umbuchung in ein anderes Haus war nicht möglich. der Betreiber der Anlage hat sich für den Zustand des Hauses auch entschuldigt und meinte nur, dieses Haus wäre vom Zustand her eines der ältsten und schlechtesten Häuser der Anlage.

A refaire très vite

Endroit paisible, à proximité de la mer, des dunes, des centres de shopping et d'Ostende. Les chiens ont leur plage et presque juste en face, le bistrot WWW, les chiens y sont les bienvenus et la qualité des repas est excellente. Dans les plus, le chauffage est parfaitement adapté à la maison ce qui rend l'endroit très agréable.

Juste un petit bémol concernant ma location pas de transats !
