Bij het binnenkomen hadden de vorige huurders het huisje niet schoongemaakt. Stonk naar vis ,en rook ,en vloeren waren vuil ,en slaapkamers vol hondenhaar. Keukendeurtjes konden niet dicht ,en aanrecht en kastjes zijn echt kansloos. Beter zou zijn om een schoonmaakster aan te stellen ,en de prijs iets te verhogen van verhuur. Parkeren is ook een ramp. Bij warme dagen moet je wel erg goed zoeken naar een plek......

Appartement lumineux, situé près de la plage, bien aménagé ( vous trouverez tout le nécessaire), propre . A dix minutes à pieds du centre . Parking pas trop cher le long de la chaussée à 300m.

Pratique et près de la digue. Matelas du lit double pas très épais. Les sanitaires étaient propres mais pas mal de poussière et de "kiloulou" dans les coins et derrières les meubles ! Problème de chauffage par ce temps froid et problème pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Rapport qualité-prix normal !

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Emplacement idéal. Confortable. Un peu vieillot pour ceux qui aiment le moderne, ni wifi ni tv (mais dvd ok) mais nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Un chouette appartement, idéalement situé à proximité de la plage. Pour les propriétaires d'un toutou, l'appartement est à deux pas de la plage autorisée aux chiens. Le tram est tout à côté et permet d'aller partout. On s'habitue vite à faire la vaisselle et la disposition de l'appartement est idéale et pratique.

je me suis rendu à cet appartement avec ma sœur et nos enfants, c'était vraiment agréable, le logement et super bien situé : en bord de digue et entre Westende et Middelkerke, deux villes où sa bouge pas mal et où l'on peut faire plein d'activités. Ostende est a 10 min en voiture. Le logement est correct, il ya tout le nécessaire qu'il faut. Je ne regrette pas mon séjour !

Etwas ältere, rustikale Wohnung, die aber liebevoll und umfänglich ausgestattet ist. Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter funktioniert prima. Den Aufenthalt in middelkerke haben wir sehr genossen. Für Kinder sehr gut geeignet.

La propreté été à revoir au niveau des chambres... Dommage que les propriétaires n'ont pas fait un petit nettoyage avant notre arrivé...Le reste de l'appartement était très correcte (sanitaire, cuisine...) Sinon bon emplacement, propriétaire très accessible et très gentil. Séjour à refaire
