Perfectly restored manor house, centrally located but on a busy road

We loved the house. It is a beautifully restored manor house which has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Lovely high ceilings and spacious rooms. An interesting photo-book which records the restoration the owners have undertaken. The owner was very helpful and kindly booked a restaurant for us for our first night. Centrally located so you could easily walk to shops and restaurants and a great location from which to explore the Loire region.

Sadly there is nothing that can be done about this but the house is situated on a busy road with a constant stream of traffic going past which means the outside area is not very appealing. There is a derelict property next door and a LOT of pigeons flying around which I didn't like. Note that all the restaurants in St Aignan are very popular in the evening so it is essential to book.

La maison en elle même la disposition des pieces L état général l'équipement Je m'y suis senti tout de suite bien À proximité immédiate du centre bourg et de ses commerces et restaurants

Les petits moins : une rue passante devant et derrière la maison ( mais les fenêtres isolent bien les bruits) Le portail très étroit le risque s'accrocher sa voiture est reel Pas de climatisation ( dommage ; les gros ventilateurs sont particulièrement bruyants)
