The house is 10 mins drive from the Zoo de Beauval with a supermarket on the way. There is enough space inside the house for a large group of people. The kitchen is well equiped, including basics like salt and oil and extras like tea and coffee. Bads are comfortable and many pillows of different size and hardness. Good WiFi signal. Effective communication and clear instructions. The deposit was returned fast.

Arrival procedure is complicated and too many instructions on my opinion: on top of the booking, you first need to transfer the deposit in a separate application, then at your arrival you need to do inventory of the house and verify it vs the list of demmages in the defined application, any incremental you need to report. Good luck with matching glasses and dishes as they are placed not like on photos :) Eeverywhere instructions what is not allowed. Overal photos are better then reality, they are either retouched or quite old. When we arrived the house was very cold and damp, probably this wouldn't be an issue in summer. The entry by car is complicated, but manageable.

plagia de Julien (Mai 2025), mais il a très bien défini le lieu Maison très bien équipée. Chambres très bien et confortables. Lits faits à l'arrivée. Linge de toilette fournis. Emplacement de la maison bien situé. Terrasse extérieure très agréable. Parfait pour un séjour en famille... Merci Kevin
