Pleasantly surprised

The place is spacious, new and clean. There is a nice garden with a play equipment and trampoline for kids. Also within 200 m walking distance of Zoo parc de Bauval. Better to leave your car here and walk, as parking at the zoo is further.

Cleaning up after yourself and bringing your own bed sheets, quilt covers and towels. Or you can just give early notice and pay the extra fees for them. It was OK for us because we have family in france to borrow sheets etc from, and we arrived late and checked out early.

I liked the proximity to the zoo and children's playground.

Bear in mind that the price does not include the use of towels and cleaning. Guest must clean themselves in the morning. When you are in a hurry for a flight, it is not pleasant.

Unbeatable location; my kids loved the playground and the property; proprietors extremely gracious and helpful (and had much better English than my French); it was indeed a charming cottage.

idéal pour passer 2 jours en famille au zoo de Beauval.

Tout était parfait, la localisation exceptionnelle pour aller au zoo de Beauval, les jeux pour les enfants dehors. Le propriétaire particulièrement arrangeant qui nous a permis d'arriver dès le midi pour déjeuner sur place. Mille mercis.

Très bon week-end en famille dans un logement accueillant.

Le calme , les jeux pour enfants disponibles, l’accès au SPA, la possibilité d’accéder au zoo sans prendre son véhicule, les équipements étaient complets et de qualité.

L’établissement est collé au zoo de Beauval, on voit certains animaux de l’établissement. Les cottages sont bien équipés et confortables.

Les escaliers et la porte de la salle de bain font beaucoup de bruit. Impossible de ne pas réveiller les autres la nuit.

L’emplacement vraiment coller au zoo de Beauval, le logement propre, bien équipé. Et le jardin nous n’avons pas pu en profiter malheureusement mais c’est génial pour les petits !

Très beau cottage que je recommanderais autour de moi

Cottage très confortable avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Calme avec un extérieur très appréciable . Propriétaires très aimables et à l écoute des voyageurs (on avait oublié nos draps 😬 ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous en fournir au dernier moment).rapport qualité prix plus que correct je dirais même que le prix est peu élevé par rapport au cottage. Cottage en bois très cocooning

Le seul « petit » défaut s il fallait en trouver un l escalier qui grince mais c est la joie du bois 😜

Emplacement parfait

Service minimum pour rentabilité maximale. Contrairement à d'autres locations vous n'aurez pas d'attentions particulières (1 capsule café par occupant ou 1 bouteille de vin) et pas assez de papier toilette... L'annonce laisse croire à un jacuzzi par bungalow, c'est faux, il y en a un pour 8 et encore, après réservation vous découvrirez qu'il faut louer 2 nuits minimum, que c''est limité à 45mn/jour et qu'il faut se précipiter pour réserver...Bref, maillot inutile!. La propriétaire est aimable et professionnelle. Son mari est...gestionnaire, pressé voire cassant par téléphone quand vous découvrez les règles après réservation. Et puis, tout est de votre faute, il faut bien lire les consignes du mail long comme le bras que vous aviez reçu comme si vous n'aviez que ça à gérer dans votre vie! Bref, faites place pour les prochains qui arrivent deja.

Très bonne situation géographique pour visiter le zoo, logement pratique.

L'emplacement pour aller au zoo de Beauval est excellent, en 3 minutes à pied on y est. C'est donc extrêmement pratique. L'aire de jeux est chouette pour les enfants, et le logement est pratique pour quelques nuits pour visiter le zoo.

La mezzanine à l'étage est vraiment sous pente, pour une personne ça va mais s'il y a plus d'un lit utilisé je ne sais pas si c'est très pratique. Le lit au rez-de-chaussée n'est pas extrêmement confortable, mais pour deux nuits ça faisait l'affaire.
