2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 family bedrooms upstairs (with a double bed and a single bed each), 1 bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, 1 shower room and toilet upstairs.

The house is located on a 1000 m2 shaded and fenced plot of land, with terrace, garden furniture and pétanque court.
Garage in the basement for 2 cars. Leisure facilities at your disposal: - swings and slide - petanque ground (provide balls for children and adults) - ping pong table (in the basement) - board games.
