About this house rental
ALL INCLUSIVE formula, in the heart of the Loire castles, large family house of charm, very clear and sunny, enjoying all the comfort and a very neat decoration. Enclosed wooded garden of 3200 m2, very pleasant summer veranda of 40 m2 with farmhouse table that can accommodate 12 people and large plancha. The kitchen, completely redesigned and redone in April 2011, benefits from all the comforts and opens onto the garden and the dining room. A walk-in shower redone in 2013 and a bathroom redone in 2019.
Tennis and fishing in the village (1 km).
Served by 3 freeways of your choice:
- A85 exit 13 Chemery - Selles sur Cher (17 km)
- A22 exit 10 Vatan - Valençay (35 km)
- A10 exit 17 Blois (50 km)
The inventory for entry will be done upon your arrival.
A deposit of 800 euros is requested on arrival, against delivery of the keys, and will be returned on the day of exit, after the inventory.

We had a lovely stay in this cosy French style house with terrific surrounded garden. Our dog could run Free! It felt like home. The nearest good boulangerie was in Lye, 5 km from the house and the Intermarche in Valencay, 9 km from the house via an easy road through the woods had everything else. We went to see SELLES-SUR-CHER , st Aignan, Amboise and Montrésor. I would highly recommand this place!

This house and it’s garden are amazing. We had such a Great time with our two families. The children had a lot of secret spots and places to discover around the house in the garden.
It is a very quiet surrounding. Great when your seeking Some rest.
The communication with the owner was very fast and clear. We also got a warm welcome when we arriveren.

We stayed in this house for 5 nights. The property is awesome and as advertised. There is a large yard with all the necessary amenities. The property was clean and well stocked. Many activities are within an hour drive. The property is very quite and secluded, ideal for a get away. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back.
