Just a place to sleep
The location was fairly convenient if you want to stay in Geraardsbergen
The host only gave us a 1 hour window to check in, and since we were there for a wedding that didn't work for us. They were visibly annoyed that we arrived a bit early (maybe 45mins before the window). There were also no hair dryers and no soap and the kitchen didn't seem very clean

Keep your standards very low if you want to rest here
1. Found bugs in the bathroom glass (the one you use to put away toothbrushes) 2. Stained sheets 3. Emergency exit through a window (the room was located on the second floor - I'm not joking, check photos) 4. Absence of hand soap in the bathroom (although it was described in the advertisement as being present) 5. Most of B&B communication via Booking.com messages and any information during the stay was in Dutch (check photos)

Beautiful and spacious townhouse
It's a very spacious old town house. Our stay was ideal because we had the very nice common rooms (kitchen, living and bathrooms) for ourselves.
The house is beautifully renovated but it is still a bit work in progress. At this moment there is only one (large & beautiful) bathroom for 4 rooms.

Close to the centre, the room was clean and pretty warm. They allowed us to check in later.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, some handsoap would have been good.
