Building Perla 2, and as a result our apartment is ideally located in the heart of the promenade of Fuengirola and 300 metres from the fishing port and Marina.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a large living room, all with view to the sea and the swimming pool. Prices may be falling for stays over a week, for more information, please, ask to the owner.

Fantastic from start to finish everything was perfect, great communication with host answered all my queries and couldn't have done anymore for us to make our stay as enjoyable as it was! great location lovely big apartment with everything we needed for our stay, pool lovely and clean will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in this perfectly located apartment.The view is great ,we could sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the world go by .We didnt realise the pool was closed when we booked and have since found out it is a mistake made on the british owners direct page .We would recommend a stay in this clean and spacious home from home. Pedro the owner and Pedro who welcomed us on are arrival where both very helpful. Thanks to both . Carol

If you are used to 4* Hotel facilities then you know what to do! Otherwise, book this apartment which is large and located in a secure gated complex with friendly residents. Pedro cannot control the weather and yes whilst staying it poured down for 3 days but when you have a selection of books, magazines and Television with English Channels it made no difference. There is ample bedding, towels, beach equipment and even a shopping trolley which turned out to be a real godsend. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There is a lift to the front door. Both bedrooms are to the front with sea views and 1 of which has direct access to the balcony. The sun rises and stays on the balcony until approx 1 pm. I imagine that the afternoon shade on the balcony would be very welcome in the height of summer. It was just nice to sit enjoy the view and watch the world go by! A car is not essential as public transport is to hand including the ‘hop on hop off’ Fuengirola street train whose main stop is just to the left of the complex gates. Ice cream parlours, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are literally on your doorstep. Prices are on a par with the UK. We paid anything from 2.40 euros to 4 euros for 2 cups of black coffee and 14 euros to 27 euros for 2 main meals with 1 beer and 1 wine each! The whole experience from time of booking was that of efficiency.

I would rate the overall experience from booking to check in and out of the apartment as excellent. The apartment was clean and ideally located to all attractions with excellent WIFI (comment from the kids). The only disappointment was the fact that the swimming pool was out of action whilst we stayed due to the surrounding building maintenance work taking place. This was disappointing as our kids are very keen swimmers. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend, regards Steve and Jo

Lovely apartment in very central location

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Its central location is very convenient with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment block is very secure with no anti social behaviour or unreasonable noise disturbances. Other occupants we met which were predominantly residential or long term holiday makers, were very friendly along with the maintenance workers in Perla 2. The apartment itself was ideal for us, well maintained and very kindly stocked with many of the basics for us when we arrived. Very peaceful location to sit out on the balcony and take in the beautiful views and observe the hustle and bustle of the street below from a nice distance. The only recommendation I would have for the apartment facilities is that perhaps a replacement travel cot mattress is needed, but that is a very small item when looking at the facilities available in this apartment. One thing that was a minor issue for us was that the lifts were too small to fit a narrow double buggy, I only mention this as it may be something for someone with a large wheelchair or mobility scooter to look into before booking. The owners were fantastic to deal with when booking etc and Pedro who met us on arrival was very helpful and offered his assistance should we need anything however there was no need to even contact him about anything during our stay.

We have just spent two months in this lovely apartment. Nela and Pedro were there to greet us and show us around and they were always available if we needed anything. The apartment is big, comfortable, very clean and has everything you could wish for. There is plenty of bedding to keep you warm, enough pots and pans in the well stocked kitchen and a large fridge freezer. The position of the apartment could not be better, the view is lovely and you are surrounded by shops and restaurants, a day trip to Malaga on the train is well worth it. I have recommended this lovely apartment to all our friends. I know anyone holidaying here will have a good holiday. Regards J & A

Great location right in the heart of everything. Wonderfully clean and very well furnished apartment. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Great views from balcony. Very well maintained and if you need anything 'Saint' Pedro is always there with a smile. He was really helpful and made everything run smoothly from satellite tv to taxis. We will be back. 10/10

Pedro and Nella greeted us at the apartment and accomadated our flight times arrival which was excellent, went through and explained everything, The apartment is a Fantastic location and you have everything you need around you locally, The apartment is very clean, very spacious , The bedrooms are large rooms, lovely big lounge and dinning table. sat TV fab , The Balcony is lovely ( so much to see What a lovely view ) Everything you need is in the kitchen , the beds are comfy , The Swimming pool is amazing, cleaned every day and its spotless around The pool, The Grounds, the communal apartments . All of us loved the apartment , and location We all would definitely give this a 5* rating We will defiantly be back next year My only one ask Pedro please can you put a mirror in the double bedroom please lol Thank you for helping us to have such a wonderful stay Pedro and Nella We would love to book for next year too Tracey and Jon 😀 We highly Recommend this apartment 😀👍

Very Disappointing

We have just returned from a stay in this apartment, we picked this because of its location, and its good reviews, however I'm sorry to say we were really disappointed. The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly from the previous occupants, the shower cubicle was dirty, the cups and glasses were dirty, we had to wash everything before we used it,there were no beds made up, the bedding was old and washed out. I swept right through apartment after making the beds up and cleaning the kitchen, not what I had in mind on the first day of my holiday. The 2 single beds need replacing they are badly stained. I did complain to the owner and he apologised an sent a cleaner out the next moirning to mop right through and clean the shower, but this should all have been done before we arrived. The apartment is in need of updating and redecorating and I would not recommend it.

Pedro was at appt when i arrived went through every thing with me This property is spotless Very large bedrooms and massive lounge Newly installed Sat tv 100's channels in every language fantastic. The balcony is very large and so sunny Great for sitting on and watching the world go by Everything you need in kitchen and more Beds very comfy The swimming pool is fantastic and in well kept grounds .I would recommend this property it is 5 star and i will be back Loved my stay here

We have now stayed in this apartment for the last 4 years with various family and friends and we have never been disappointed. Spotlessly clean, Perfect location, stunning views, beautifully decorated apartment. It's on the main strip in Fuengirol which means everything is in walking distance, Fish Alley which is 1 street behind the apartment block has restaurants to please everyone....and the local Tapas Bars are fantastic. The owners of the apartment are lovely too....definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed 💗💗💗

Asunto oli keskeisellä paikalla, rannalla. Asunnon parveke oli kylläkin merelle päin, mutta jäi talon nurkan taakse, joten aurinko paistoi vain aamulla sinne. Koska olimme siellä marras-joulukuussa oli tuo hieman ikävää. Muuten asunto oli meille sopiva, sängyt hyvät, samoin muu kalustus. Keittiön varusteet jo osin kuluneita. Kokonaisuudessaan kokemus oli hyvä ja viestintä vuokraajan kanssa sujui hyvin.
