value for money, but location towards airport unclean carpets smoking smell in the ground floor entrances due to eateries and pubs nearby

We stayed here from May 22-26,2026 and loved every bit of it. The free breakfast is pretty good. The hotel is also walking distance to Balsan Station which is a great plus! There’s a Daiso and Olive young nearby and a lot of restaurants down the hotel. It can be too far when you travel to the central part of Seoul but it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, the Deluxe Room we got was clean, shower and water pressure was good and the room has enough space to move around. Would highly recommend!

Had a nice stay at M Felice hotel for 4 nights, breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean, very accomodating staff and lot’s of places to eat around. The rotating sushi buffet downstairs was my favorite and quite cheap too.

I had booked a family room and asked Agoda and refer to contact property. My birthday stay with my friend and daughter. I repeated asked hotel by email and on arrival. Early check in need to pay extra, no birthday retreat. While on arrival asked reception lady even charged me extra KRW66000 for child stay in my existing bedding. Very disappointed experience.
