The housekeeping was exceptional, and the room was kept very clean. However, the air-conditioning in the room was centrally turned off at times even when the room was exceptional warm in June (the lobby was the only area with 24/7 air conditioning). The furniture and doors felt dated, and made funny noises. There was no gym on-site, but complimentary bottled water was provided, and each floor had a shared water dispenser and microwave. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. However, there were a few drawbacks to our stay. The room was quite warm, especially in the mornings when the air conditioning was centrally set to function only as a fan. The lighting was also rather dim, particularly around the mirrors, making it difficult for my wife to do her makeup while getting ready in the morning. In addition, the walls were quite thin, and noise from neighboring rooms and outside could be heard clearly continuing until around 3 a.m. each night even during week days.

The reception staff were polite and efficient, and the secure luggage storage available before and after check-in was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. However, the room did not have air conditioning available in the morning until 9:00 a.m., even though the room temperature exceeded 30°c. Opening the small windows did little to cool the room. Additionally, the washing machine was not clean.

The hotel is a little dated but generally speaking - has most of the basic amenities you need for a hotel stay. Pros - near to tonnes of food options everywhere and convenient by subway (15mins from gimpo airport). Friendly hotel staff and cleaning lady. Cons: Dated hotel with dust in the room.
