    Very nice hotel, close to a lot of food places and coffee places... Staff very friendly and very professional. Room very clean, comfortable and spacious.

    Staff were very good to deal with and very pleasant, the room was a bit disappointing as bed was uncomfortable and has a noisy aircon unit directly above your head. We had a washing machine but no dryer. Location was good could be a very good hotel with a few improvements plus gym etc. I’m afraid if you don’t speak Korean nothing in the room is easy as nothing is in English. Best thing is the cheerful helpful and friendly staff members. Have been to Seoul several times so it is a direct comparison to other hotels we have stayed.
