The hotel has the ambiance of going back in time in a positive way. I grew up in the 80s and 90s and recognize some of the interior with wood being used everywhere and early 90s upholstery. So yes, that's what other people also already left as a review. But even though that it is not modern, it feels cosy and why change things when everything just 'works', very sustainable place. I am critical about beds, but I slept very well on them. The bathroom is quite small, almost as if you are on a ship, but it works. During the warmer days we were there, our room was relatively cool and there was no noise. This just depends on which room you get I guess. My partner can't tolerate gluten, so we asked for gluten free bread for her and the owners of the hotel arranged that perfectly. There is an older (lovely) woman (one of the owners) who is really helpful and arranged the gluten free breads with a clear sign on the table that it was reserved for us. But sadly during the second day, some other guests couldn't read the sign and ate the gluten free bread of my partner. The older woman (owner) was so careful, but she couldn't help that other guests made a mistake. There was not enough gluten free bread anymore, so we got some of our lunch money back. We just stayed there two days for sleeping and visiting some touristy things nearby. The hotel is fine, breakfast is fine, really no complaints.

Hunde dürfen mit in den Essens Bereich, keine wirkliche vegetarischen Alternativen, nur ein Löffel wo Schinken dran klebt auch für Eier und nur Kuhmilch. Für Allergiker auch absolut ungeeignet. Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt stark zu wünschen übrig
